“Damages” is back thanks to Direct TV, (thanks!) but unfortunately it’s the last season… Half way through season five they’re getting nasty and I hope they get a whole lot nastier!

Damages is great because it’s a high-brow guilty pleasure – all the scandal of a “Dangerous Housewives” mixed with and hour of C-SPAN (you walk away feeling sticky and clean at the same time)… And, of course, there are the clothes… Rose Byrne would be a fool not to negotiate her keeping the entire wardrobe after the season ends… Everything she touches is stylish, sophisticated, tailored, elegant and beautiful. Not to mention the shoes. She has a dream life in those clothes; poor girl has to stay so thin though…I digress! For those of you who haven’t melted into this series add all five seasons to your much watch list. Damages was a real treat…
