Unfortunately I haven’t done this (in these) yet! But, I distinctly remember thinking of myself in this type of outfit when I bought these shoes. And then I thought how wonderful and carefree it would be to be sitting on the Côte d’Azur, sipping iced tea with a sprig of mint, looking out at the water as a cool breeze blew by my face.
Daydream aside, these are really cool shoes. They’re straightforward, elegant, fashionable sandals. Definitely not for the office, but perfect for any dressy occasion. The footbed could use a bit more padding so any super long walks might be a bit of a strain, but other than that not a single complaint. I bought black because black is classic and goes with just about anything…
